As a Waiter, you will play a key role in providing exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable cinema experience. This position requires excellent hospitality skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests, creating a positive first impression.

• Present menus, assist guests with selections, and take accurate orders.

• Enter orders into the POS system and ensure timely service.

• Serve food and beverages professionally, maintaining service quality.

• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and cleaned before and after use.

• Provide detailed information on menu items, ingredients, and promotions.

• Upsell food and beverage items to enhance customer experience and revenue.

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service and dining areas.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Support stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory tasks.

• Assist team members during peak periods and special events.

• Adhere to Majid Al Futtaim and VOX Cinemas service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage or hospitality (cinema/restaurant preferred).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

• Commitment to grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards.
