First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an AI Value Delivery Owner to drive the execution of AI use cases by translating product vision into actionable work for delivery teams. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across the AI product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and delivering tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the AI product backlog aligned with strategic goals and priorities.

• Prioritize features and tasks based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

• Translate business needs into actionable design requirements in collaboration with business, design, and domain experts.

• Engage technical teams to ensure requirements are clear and feasible for execution.

• Communicate goals and progress effectively across all teams involved in AI product delivery.

• Track and assess delivery against expected outcomes to ensure product features provide measurable value.

• Support change management initiatives and adoption of AI solutions.

• Monitor KPIs and gather user feedback to inform future roadmap planning.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Around 8 years of experience in product ownership or digital product delivery, ideally in AI, fintech, or data-driven environments.

• Proven ability to manage backlogs, write user stories, and prioritize features in agile teams.

• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle and collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and designers.

• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within financial services is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
