ALBADDAD Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to an executive. The role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.

Travel Arrangements: Organize flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.

Correspondence: Draft, send, and manage emails, letters, and communications on behalf of the employer.

Task & Project Management: Assist with ongoing personal and professional projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Errands & Personal Tasks: Handle shopping, reservations, and personal errands as required.

Document Management: Maintain and organize records, receipts, files, and other documentation.

Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Liaison Duties: Communicate with vendors, staff, and stakeholders as a representative of the employer.

Household Coordination (if applicable): Oversee domestic staff, maintenance appointments, and household logistics.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Discretion, trustworthiness, and professional demeanor.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.
-
High level of attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license (if travel or errands are required).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting high-level executives or entrepreneurs.

Flexible schedule, availability for travel or weekend support.

Knowledge of project management tools or CRM systems.
