Services rendered by Us are non-refundable once the process has begun

2. Payment Acknowledgment: By proceeding with payment, You acknowledge that youareinvesting in a non-tangible, customized Service that is non-refundable. You agreethat
under no circumstances will a refund be issued for any Service that is already underwayor completed.

3. Client Satisfaction: Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. If you haveanyconcerns or issues with the provided Service, we encourage you to reach out to us on support@learnwithfaiz.com within 7 days of receiving your final drafts. Wearecommitted to making reasonable revisions and adjustments to meet your expectationswithin the original scope of Service purchased

4. Exceptions:

  • The only exception to our non-refundable policy is if We fail to deliver thecontracted Service without prior notification or a valid reason. Under suchrarecircumstances, We will evaluate the situation and may offer a partial or full refund at Our discretion.
  • Additionally, if We are unable to attend a scheduled one-to-one session, Youwill have the option to request for a full refund or to reschedule the session basedonyour preference. This ensures that your investment is protected in the event of anyunforeseen changes to your scheduled support.

5. Revisions: We include 2 revisions within 7 days after you receive your initial draft(s). These revisions aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final output but donot qualify as a basis for a refund.
