Growth&Glory is seeking an experienced Venture Partner – Fundraising to join its Venture Partnering team. This is a project-based opportunity ideal for former or current VC or PE investors who want to switch to the founder-support side and help startups raise capital more effectively.

You will be instrumental in shaping fundraising campaigns by evaluating startups’ investment readiness, refining their financials and pitches, and connecting them with the right investor networks in the Gulf and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the investment readiness of startup ventures.

• Refine and optimize financial plans and investor pitch decks.

• Develop strategic and tailored fundraising plans.

• Build and manage pipelines of Gulf and European investors, including family offices and corporate venture capital firms.

• Lead and manage the fundraising process through to securing term sheet commitments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity.

• Strong investor network in the Gulf region; connections to CVCs and family offices are highly desirable.

• Exceptional analytical ability and strategic thinking.

• Collaborative, long-term mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

• Passion for innovation in DeepTech, AI, and ClimateTech sectors.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
