About the Role
Manam Development, a forward-thinking real estate developer, is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to strengthen its digital presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that amplify the brand, engage diverse audiences, and highlight premium real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals and project milestones (launches, promotions, community events).

Manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and visually appealing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter).
Content Creation & Publishing

Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics) tailored to target audiences.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver on-brand visuals and messaging.
Community Engagement
-
Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally in English and Arabic (where applicable).

Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and prospective buyers to increase reach.
Analytics & Reporting

Track engagement metrics (reach, clicks, growth, conversions) using analytics tools.

Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Manage paid campaigns, monitor ROI, and optimize targeting and ad spend.
Trend Monitoring & Optimization

Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and real estate marketing best practices.

Recommend and implement new content ideas to stay competitive and relevant.
Crisis & Reputation Management

Monitor brand sentiment and manage escalations to safeguard reputation.

Address potential PR or customer issues in collaboration with senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.

2+ years’ experience in social media management, ideally in real estate or consumer-focused industries.
Technical & Analytical Skills
-
Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance.

Experience managing paid advertising campaigns, including budget control and ROAS reporting.
Creative & Communication Skills

Excellent copywriting in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).

Ability to create or oversee multimedia content (graphics, videos, reels) using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
Organizational & Interpersonal Skills

Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills.
