Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our Dubai automotive dealership. The role involves guiding customers through the buying process, achieving sales targets, and delivering an outstanding showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, offering expert guidance on vehicles and services.

• Conduct product demonstrations, explain vehicle features, and arrange test drives.

• Stay updated on promotions, financing options, and market trends.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Prepare and process sales agreements in compliance with policies and legal standards.

• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain showroom appearance to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or related showroom/customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, customer-first approach.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven sales performance.

• Ability to explain technical details in a simple, clear way.

• Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player.

• Genuine passion for automobiles and customer service.
