Position Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial properties, generate high-quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and support overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for upcoming and existing real estate projects.

• Develop engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing, and digital ads.

• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to produce marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements).

• Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) while responding to client inquiries.

• Organize and promote events, exhibitions, and property open houses to increase brand awareness and attract potential buyers.

• Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend optimization strategies.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with revenue and lead generation goals.

• Update CRM systems with leads, responses, and client interactions for accurate reporting.

• Prepare periodic marketing performance presentations for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.

• Strong knowledge of digital lead generation, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

• Excellent communication, content creation, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
