Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Reservation Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will ensure smooth and accurate booking processes while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages using travel booking software.

• Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat; address inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly.

• Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare accurate itineraries, tickets, and travel documents.

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm reservations and update availability.

• Share insights with management on booking trends and client feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Open to Tagalog-speaking candidates, 32 years and below.

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Reservation Agent or in travel and tourism customer service.

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).

• Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
