About the Role
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join our Promotional Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales enquiries, sourcing promotional products, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the promotional marketing category.

Generate, track, and follow up on sales enquiries to drive business growth.

Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable promotional products and services.

Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for procurement of marketing merchandise.

Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.

Maintain strong client relationships, promoting repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Prepare reports and updates on client servicing activities and project performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (candidates from premier universities preferred).

1–3 years of experience in client servicing, sales coordination, or account management (experience in promotional products or marketing solutions is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of promotional merchandise, corporate gifting, and marketing collateral is desirable.

Proven ability to manage both client accounts and vendor relationships.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Familiarity with design and presentation tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, Canva) is an advantage.
