Position Title: HR Manager – Travel & Tourism

Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (all-inclusive, depending on experience & qualifications)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership within the UAE and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives in the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, including HR records, employee contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and attendance.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and implement performance management systems with KPIs.

• Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills, drive engagement, and improve retention.

• Act as an HR advisor to management, resolve employee relations issues, and continuously improve HR processes.

• Align HR strategy with organizational goals to support sustainable business growth.

Requirements:

• Open to Arabic nationals, 35 years and above.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE, with expertise in HR operations, recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies, KPIs, and engagement programs.

• Proficiency in ERP/HRIS systems, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
