Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Van Sales Executives to drive sales of rice and cooking oil in the HORECA and supermarket segments across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales and an established client network in the foodservice industry.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Business Development

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for rice and oil products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA and supermarket clients.

Actively seek new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
🔹 Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Gather customer feedback to inform product improvement and strategic planning.
🔹 Reporting & Documentation

Submit timely sales reports detailing performance, client feedback, and competitor insights.

Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and order details.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 2–6 years in van sales of rice/oil products, preferably in the HORECA segment.

Industry Network: Existing client contacts in the foodservice and retail sectors.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Sales Skills: Ability to understand client needs, present product benefits, and close deals.

License: Valid UAE driving license (Car and fuel will be provided by the company).
