Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a Team Leader Technician to supervise and optimize service floor operations at their Dubai center. This role is crucial in ensuring quality vehicle repairs, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence within the luxury electric vehicle segment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Service/Workshop Manager in achieving service targets: quality repairs, man-hour sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.

• Lead and motivate the service team through manpower distribution, training, and performance evaluation.

• Develop business plans and strategies to meet operational goals.

• Ensure staffing requirements meet productivity standards; participate in hiring and placement.

• Monitor service team performance; coordinate corrective actions as needed.

• Provide technical assistance with diagnostics and complex vehicle repairs.

• Assign jobs based on technicians’ skills; ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

• Oversee after-sales activities ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with service advisors and parts department for smooth operations and timely repair completion.

• Share technical updates and service bulletins with the team to improve skills.

• Support marketing campaigns and promote new business strategies.

• Analyze service issues like back-jobs and parts availability to maintain service standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Automotive or related field.

• 4 to 5 years’ experience in automotive service with a focus on repairs and maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for automotive systems.

• Basic English proficiency; good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage time, handle stress, and lead a team effectively.

• Problem sensitivity and inductive reasoning abilities.

• Patient, persistent, and persuasive personality suited for after-sales roles.

Salary Range: AED 72,000 – 105,600 annually (depending on experience and qualifications).
