Strategic Partner Manager, Business Messaging

Meta is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to join its global Monetization Partnerships organization, which is focused on driving business growth and innovation through partnerships. This role will primarily focus on the Middle East, working with influential and strategic business messaging partners to drive growth across WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, and Facebook Messenger platforms. The role involves identifying market opportunities, creating business strategies, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the strategic advisor to partners’ business growth, accelerating revenue and future-proofing strategic direction.

  • Identify market opportunities and challenges to create strategies that drive ecosystem growth in EMEA.

  • Work across the partnership lifecycle, from emerging to established partners, focusing on go-to-market strategies for their clients.

  • Map the messaging and advertising ecosystem to identify technological trends and opportunities.

  • Provide thought leadership on messaging, Conversational Commerce, and AI for business messaging.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development, both short-term feature requests and long-term strategy.

  • Represent Meta to C-suite executives and lead discussions at industry events.

  • Drive product adoption, growth, and provide continuous education on Meta’s marketing products, particularly those leveraging APIs and advanced technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, product, or sales roles.

  • Strong understanding of technology, digital marketing, and Meta products.

  • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams, internally and externally.

  • Demonstrable project management and analytical skills, including Go-To-Market planning.

  • Ability to lead and execute multiple, time-sensitive projects in parallel.

  • High degree of autonomy in work.

  • Willingness to travel internationally.

  • Knowledge of the ecosystem in the Middle East.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using data for executive summaries and business cases that influence decision-making.

  • Experience in business messaging and understanding of the local ecosystem (agencies, technology platforms).

  • Experience driving growth through product and technology integrations.

  • Understanding of the impact of advertising, business messaging, and social commerce on both large clients and SMBs.

  • Arabic language skills are preferred.
