Grandiose is hiring a Social Media Specialist to drive digital engagement and brand growth across its portfolio of food brands. This role requires expertise in social media growth hacking, influencer and UGC strategies, and collaboration with creators to build impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate will understand social media algorithms deeply and use performance-driven tactics to optimize brand storytelling and customer interaction across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Growth Hacking

Develop and execute data-driven strategies for brand visibility and engagement.

Use growth hacking tactics and AI tools to increase organic and paid reach.

Optimize content types, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
-
Plan and execute paid campaigns with focus on reach, engagement, and conversions.
Influencer & UGC Management

Create and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand goals.
-
Source food bloggers and content creators for authentic engagement.
-
Manage and deploy user-generated content (UGC) for credibility.
-
Track ROI and improve future collaborations using performance data.
Content Creation & Collaboration

Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging video-first content.

Supervise creation of food-related videos, GIFs, and interactive posts.

Ensure all content follows the unique tone of each brand.
Community Engagement & Social Listening

Engage with followers via comments, messages, and brand mentions.

Monitor sentiment and trends to enhance brand reputation.

Lead contests, challenges, and audience participation campaigns.
Performance Analytics & Reporting

Use tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.

Track key metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions.

Run A/B tests and report actionable insights regularly.

Analyze paid media metrics to refine strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with digital marketing and branding teams for cohesive campaigns.

Stay up-to-date on emerging social platforms, features, and trends.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years of experience managing multiple brand accounts.

Proven success in social media growth hacking, influencer, and UGC marketing.

Experience in the food & beverage sector is preferred.

Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, or similar are a plus.
