About the Role:
MINIMALIST is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Executive to support and execute the brand’s digital marketing and social media strategy. Based at the company’s headquarters in Dubai, this role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, lifestyle branding, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Schedule and publish daily content including posts, reels, stories, and other formats.

• Engage with online audiences by responding to DMs, comments, and community feedback in a timely, brand-consistent manner.

• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal events, and branding goals.

• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and contribute to optimization strategies.

• Support email marketing efforts via content drafting, segmentation, and scheduling (using tools like Klaviyo).

• Conduct regular trend and competitor analysis to stay ahead of digital and social trends.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably in eCommerce, lifestyle, or luxury sectors in the UAE.

• Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of brand tone.

• Familiarity with Emirati culture and personality is a plus.

• Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Experience with Klaviyo, Google Suite, and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite).

• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Suite) are a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.
