Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Electrical Engineer to lead and manage all electrical works across major construction projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and an in-depth knowledge of UAE authority regulations to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all electrical works on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate with subcontractors on the execution of electrical and related systems.

• Manage shop drawing reviews, material submittals, and method statement approvals.

• Track, monitor, and report project KPIs to senior management.

• Review and process interim payment certificates (IPCs).

• Ensure full compliance with local authority regulations (DEWA, CDC, DM, etc.).

• Oversee project execution across all phases, from initiation to handover, maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years’ total experience in Electrical Engineering, including at least 5 years in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements and electrical codes (DEWA, CDC, DM, etc.).

• Successful completion of at least two full project lifecycles (residential or hospitality projects preferred).

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects effectively.

• Experience in KPI tracking, IPC management, and material/shop drawing approvals.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
