Job Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Technology Lead to drive digital transformation across the travel and tourism business. The ideal candidate will oversee IT infrastructure, booking systems, digital platforms, and lead the development of cutting-edge travel technology solutions to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation across booking systems, CRM, ERP, and customer-facing platforms.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure IT infrastructure including cloud solutions, network architecture, payment gateways, and GDS integrations.

• Drive the development of new travel-tech solutions such as online booking engines, mobile applications, and automated workflows.

• Ensure compliance with UAE data protection laws, industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Establish and enforce policies for data privacy, risk management, and system audits.

• Lead cross-functional teams, manage complex technology projects, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years in technology leadership roles, with proven experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality tech.

• Expertise in cloud computing, GDS integration, ERP/CRM platforms, mobile/web applications, and scalable IT architecture.

• Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead teams and successfully deliver digital transformation initiatives.
