🔹 Position Overview:

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be G+1 certified and registered with the Society of Engineers (SOE) in the UAE. You will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and in full compliance with engineering and regulatory standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute construction activities for residential and commercial buildings

• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation

• Interpret technical drawings and resolve site-related design and execution challenges

• Supervise on-site construction teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Create and review 3D renders and technical drawings using AutoCAD and rendering tools

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines

• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all work aligns with specifications and regulations

• Maintain accurate daily records and generate reports for stakeholders

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• G+1 License (Dubai Municipality) and SOE registration (mandatory)

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in residential construction

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and rendering software (SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion)

• Strong project coordination, site management, and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Willing to relocate or commute to Ras Al Khor, Dubai
