We are seeking experienced and self-driven Service Technicians to support our welding and cutting systems across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipment troubleshooting, installation, training, and maintenance services while promoting the use of genuine spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of welding and cutting machines.

• Manage installation projects from site readiness to final commissioning and client handover.

• Provide technical training to end-users and distributors on equipment use and maintenance.

• Maintain daily reports, service logs, and technical documentation.

• Promote and drive sales of OEM spare parts during service calls.

• Conduct regular customer visits for maintenance checks, product demos, and support.

• Report recurring technical issues and provide feedback to the product improvement team.

• Maintain a professional image and uphold customer service standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

• 4–9 years of hands-on experience in welding and cutting equipment servicing.

• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems.

• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.

• Commercially aware and service-oriented with a proactive attitude.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the UAE and assigned territories.
