Horizontal Digital is hiring a Senior Technology Lead to join its Dubai office in a hybrid, full-time role. This position is ideal for a seasoned digital technology expert ready to lead technical teams and shape transformative digital experiences for global clients.

As a Senior Technology Lead, you’ll not only lead development teams but also play a direct role in shaping and implementing scalable, intuitive, and effective solutions across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers on client projects, assigning daily tasks and removing blockers.

• Act as both a hands-on developer and a technical mentor for your team.

• Conduct performance reviews, guide career development, and support recruitment efforts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategists, designers, and project managers.

• Participate in client meetings, helping translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Drive project planning, execution, and quality assurance to ensure top-tier technology delivery.

• Contribute to business development by helping with proposals and client presentations.

• Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure Agile methodologies are properly followed.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 10+ years of development experience with digital content management systems (especially Sitecore).

• Proficiency in .NET, C#, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks.

• 3–5 years of leadership in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong background in systems integration, application development, and web architecture.

• Familiarity with analytics/search platforms (Google, Adobe, Coveo).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Business development and client-facing experience, including project scoping and technical presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent Sitecore or Microsoft certifications.

• Previous agency experience.
