Job Title: Senior Export Sales Manager
Job Description:
Our client, a leading global enterprise based in the UAE, specializes in the supply of high-quality automotive aftermarket spare parts for Japanese and Korean vehicles. With a strong presence across Africa and the Middle East, they are renowned for their product availability, reliable service, and rapidly growing portfolio of owned and internationally registered brands.
They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Export Sales Manager to drive business growth across these dynamic regions. This key leadership role will focus on expanding sales, developing distributor networks, and promoting a full range of products, including engine parts, transmission components, clutch systems, suspension and steering parts, brake systems, lubricants, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic export sales plans for Africa and the Middle East, targeting the automotive aftermarket for Japanese and Korean cars and trucks.

Strengthen the market presence of owned and private-label brands across diverse product categories.

Analyze stock and sales data to ensure inventory levels meet regional demands.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and fleet operators across key target markets.

Achieve consistent revenue growth aligned with business goals and margin objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage the export sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring high performance.

Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to create region-specific campaigns and support materials.

Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer behavior to adjust strategies proactively.

Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings across the MEA region.

Provide regular market intelligence, sales performance reports, and strategic feedback to senior leadership.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in automotive aftermarket export sales, preferably focused on Japanese and Korean vehicle parts.

In-depth product knowledge across engine, transmission, clutch, suspension, steering, brake systems, and lubricants.

Proven track record of expanding brand presence and building distributor networks across Africa and the Middle East.

Established relationships with key market players in Nigeria, Tanzania, Ghana, Kenya, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and other strategic locations.

Experience with private-label brand promotion in international markets.

Strong leadership, strategic sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting systems.

Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic and/or French is a strong advantage.
