Lunate, an independent global alternative investment manager based in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting IT projects, and ensuring business needs are met through effective technical solutions. Experience in the financial industry and technical knowledge in IT systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to translate them into functional specifications.

• Facilitate workshops and interviews to identify needs and define project scope.

• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.

• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure the clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.

• Assist in developing use cases, process flows, and data models to support project objectives.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to review and validate deliverables for quality and business alignment.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in the development of test cases.

• Provide post-implementation support to ensure that the solution continues to meet business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience, with preferred experience in the financial industry (banks, insurance, investments, asset management, etc.).

• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems architectures, integrations, and SDLC.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Bilingual skills are a bonus.
