A well-established Media Production Equipment Services company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to lead their accounting team and oversee all financial operations. This is a full-time role ideal for an experienced finance professional ready to drive financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial processes

• Oversee month-end and year-end closings, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance reporting

• Work closely with production and equipment rental teams to monitor project costs, revenues, and financial outcomes

• Ensure full compliance with tax laws, audit requirements, and internal controls

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support senior leadership and strategic planning

• Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems, policies, and procedures

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or CA certification preferred

• Minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role

• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
