Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a strong background in sales, customer service, and a deep understanding of UAE company registration, residency services, visa processing, and related administrative solutions. If you’re passionate about helping clients navigate life in Dubai and are fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus), we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential clients.

• Promote and sell services related to company formation, visa and residency processing, bank account setup, driving license acquisition, and more.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.

• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve client satisfaction.

• Provide outstanding after-sales support and maintain high client retention rates.

• Handle inbound and outbound telemarketing activities and follow up with leads.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the visa and residency field.

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telephone sales, and customer service is mandatory.

• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Must have lived in Dubai for at least 2 years.

• Visa type: Sponsorship or Company Registration.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (French and additional languages are a plus).

Preferred Candidate:

• Nationalities: Algeria, Morocco, UAE, Egypt, Tunisia, Iran, Bahrain, Oman, Romania, Russia.

• Age: 20–40 years.

• Location: United Arab Emirates.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.

• Priority will be given to Algerian and Moroccan nationals fluent in three or more languages.
