📌 Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales & Purchase Coordinator with proven experience in the automotive spare parts industry, preferably truck parts. The ideal candidate will support the sales and procurement departments in order processing, inventory coordination, customer service, and reporting. Strong ERP, Excel, and communication skills are essential.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
📦 Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and client communications.

Handle sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing.

Coordinate with internal departments to confirm delivery timelines and stock availability.

Extract and verify part numbers using EPC and maintain proper product documentation.

Track and report sales order status regularly.
🛒 Purchase Coordination:

Assist in generating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers.

Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with vendors to avoid delays.

Maintain up-to-date inventory levels and support stock planning activities.

Ensure ERP systems reflect accurate stock data and procurement status.
🗂 Data Entry & Reporting:

Accurately input all sales and purchase transactions into the ERP system.

Generate and analyze reports on inventory, sales performance, and purchase status.

Support management with data insights for stock optimization and order trends.
🤝 Customer Service:

Respond to client queries regarding availability, order status, delivery, and pricing.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain long-term customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales support.
✅ Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or related fields.

2–5 years of experience in sales & purchasing, preferably in truck spare parts.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Familiarity with EPC systems and truck part identification is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
