Position Title: Sales Manager – Travel and Tourism

Salary: Up to AED 12,000 per month (inclusive of allowances)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our travel and tourism sales operations. The role involves developing new business, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and secure new corporate and leisure travel clients to increase revenue and expand market share.

• Develop and execute sales strategies, annual sales plans, and territory management initiatives aligned with business goals.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear KPIs and ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.

• Conduct market research, analyze travel trends, and monitor competitors to provide actionable insights.

• Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic nationals, aged 35 – 45 years.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry, with both corporate and leisure exposure.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, sales forecasting, and reporting tools.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
