Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout station by restocking bags, displays, and ensuring proper merchandising.

• Address customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.

• Adhere strictly to company policies, including loss prevention and security protocols to avoid theft and fraud.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer complaints and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

• Support upselling and cross-selling efforts by providing knowledgeable assistance on store products and services.

• Ensure all transactions are documented precisely and maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling customer information.
