Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Reservation Agents to join our travel and tourism team. The ideal candidates will handle end-to-end reservations while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages using travel booking systems/software.

• Provide prompt, professional support to clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Handle inquiries, issues, and special requests efficiently, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

• Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements.

• Accurately prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents.

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm reservations, update availability, and resolve booking issues.

• Provide management with regular updates on booking trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Open to Tagalog-speaking candidates, aged 32 years and below.

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Reservation Agent or in travel and tourism customer service.

• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
