About the Role:
Dubai Chambers is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Public Policy Expert to join their Policy Advocacy Department. The ideal candidate will assist in policy research, legislative studies, and advocacy efforts aimed at improving the local business climate. This role supports the chamber’s and Dubai government’s vision through proactive policy engagement. UAE Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and prepare studies aligned with annual advocacy plans.

• Propose and implement advocacy initiatives to improve regulatory frameworks.

• Interpret legal and policy implications for internal stakeholders and government entities.

• Recommend amendments to existing laws or propose new policies to support business activities.

• Participate in strategic discussions with government representatives and policymakers.

• Ensure compliance with information security policies and report any breaches.

• Support continuous improvement of internal systems, policies, and procedures.

• Promote a structured and results-driven advocacy approach to influence positive change.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in policy advocacy, legal analysis, or government affairs.

• Background in lobbying or stakeholder engagement; international experience is a plus.

• Strong understanding of UAE’s legal and policy environment.

• Exceptional communication, research, and analytical skills.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage senior-level relationships.

• High language proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).

• UAE Nationals will be given preference.
