A Property/Leasing Manager is needed for a confidential company in Dubai. The role involves managing leasing and property portfolios, liaising with landlords and tenants, and overseeing maintenance and leasing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and leasing in the UAE, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage landlords, property owners, and investors for property management services.

• Manage the existing leasing and property management portfolio, and come up with new ideas to promote services.

• Conduct viewings and assist tenants with the move-in and move-out process, ensuring smooth transitions.

• Register utilities under tenants’ names and ensure all outstanding utility bills are cleared before vacating.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities.

• Manage maintenance requests, coordinate inspections, obtain quotes, and approve necessary work.

• Oversee property onboarding and coordinate handovers.

• Negotiate property renewal terms with landlords and tenants based on the RERA rental index calculator.

• Establish rental rates, enforce occupancy policies, and coordinate repairs and renovations.

• Prepare financial reports, analyze market trends, and ensure profitability.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of property management and leasing experience in the UAE (mandatory).

• UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).

• In-depth knowledge of leasing and property management regulations in the UAE.

• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
