We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to join our team. The role involves supporting the project management team with planning, executing, and closing projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning and scheduling.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

• Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues.

• Ensure that all project documentation is completed and maintained.

• Support other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Emirati nationals preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
