Daman is seeking a motivated and analytical Officer, DNE Contracting to join their team in Dubai. The role is focused on provider relationship management, contract negotiations, and performance analysis to support the expansion and optimization of the provider network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential healthcare providers

• Negotiate and contract with new/existing providers to meet financial and strategic goals

• Support the review of provider agreements to ensure documentation is complete and current

• Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluations of assigned providers

• Identify renegotiation opportunities to support cost containment and network efficiency

• Monitor provider compliance through visits and regular meetings

• Analyze utilization and quality reports to detect anomalies and propose contract amendments

• Coordinate with internal teams for strategic network expansion projects

• Mentor and support new team members as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–4 years of health insurance experience, with at least 1–2 years in provider contracting or network relations

• Experience in negotiating and managing healthcare provider contracts

• Recognized medical coding certification is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (medical or paramedical degree preferred)

Skills and Competencies:

• Solid knowledge of medical coding and claims cost structures

• Familiarity with healthcare provider billing and contract terms

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• High level of confidentiality, flexibility, and professionalism

• Ability to travel within the UAE as required
