On behalf of a well-established marketing services company in Dubai, Imploy is hiring a highly organized Office Personal Assistant to support the management team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations by managing executive schedules, communications, meetings, and confidential administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage executives’ calendars, schedules, and appointments.

Handle internal and external communications (emails, phone calls) with professionalism.

Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports.

Maintain organized filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Support daily office operations and liaise with various internal departments.

Assist in event planning and marketing-related activities as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management tools.

Professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Previous experience in a marketing or creative environment is a plus.
