Position: Office Administrator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to AED 7,000 all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Client:
A well-established real estate valuation and advisory firm in Dubai, serving clients across the US and MENA region, is seeking a proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to support efficient office operations.

  • Handle internal and external communications including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.

  • Maintain organized records of contracts, bookings, renewals, invoices, and payment follow-ups.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Female candidate, aged up to 35 years.

  • Open to Asian nationals.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ UAE experience in an administrative role (preferably within the real estate industry).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
