Key Responsibilities:

Perform customized massage therapy sessions based on individual client needs.

Evaluate client conditions and create appropriate treatment plans.

Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized and well-maintained.

Educate clients on wellness practices, stress relief, and aftercare techniques.

Keep up-to-date with massage therapy trends and new modalities.

Recommend wellness packages or services when suitable.

Comply with local licensing laws and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications:

Valid massage therapy license or certification (as per UAE/state regulations).

Prior experience as a massage therapist is preferred.

Skilled in multiple massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
