This role involves leading digital sales strategies, supporting marketing campaigns, and driving online revenue growth for the property. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing and sales optimization, with a commitment to excellence in guest experience and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital sales strategies aligned with the hotel’s overall revenue goals.

• Optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive online bookings and enhance brand visibility.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute property-specific promotions and digital activations.

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.

• Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, third-party platforms, and partners to ensure consistency in messaging and execution.

• Support the Marriott brand standards while delivering innovative digital sales solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and online sales channels.

• Previous experience in a similar digital sales or marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
