Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to oversee end-to-end import and export operations, with a focus on fashion and sports products. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures, accurate documentation handling, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international shipments, ensuring full compliance with UAE customs regulations and global trade laws.

• Manage import/export operations for fashion & sports products, including documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, COO, and Certificates of Conformity.

• Liaise with Dubai Customs, Free Zone Authorities (JAFZA, DAFZA), and other government bodies.

• Classify products under the correct HS codes and tariff regulations.

• Maintain shipment records, track consignments, and resolve logistics issues to ensure timely delivery.

• Support the logistics team with customs clearances, duty exemptions, and import licenses.

Requirements:

• Open to Filipino nationals, female candidates, aged 40 and below.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain, International Business, or Business Administration.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export logistics within the UAE (preferably in fashion, FMCG, or retail).

• Strong knowledge of UAE customs, port procedures, free zone regulations, and HS code classification.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and shipment tracking systems. Experience with ERP/Logistics platforms (SAP, Oracle, WMS) is a plus.
