  • Sharaf DG Business is seeking a Key Account Manager (Sr.) to join their team in Dubai. This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with strategically important customers, specifically in managed services, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, account management, and proven ability to drive profitable growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.

  • Meet assigned sales targets and strategic objectives for accounts.

  • Lead the company-strategic account planning process for mutual performance objectives and financial targets.

  • Assess and validate customer needs, ensuring alignment with solutions.

  • Develop and present solutions that meet customer needs, involving all necessary personnel.

  • Take responsibility for customer ownership and act as the central point of contact between the customer and the organization.

  • Identify sales opportunities, close new accounts, and develop strong relationships across all levels.

  • Deliver effective sales presentations and utilize game theory and negotiation strategies.

  • Prepare accurate forecasts and adjust based on actual performance.

  • Coordinate internal resources to meet account objectives.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 8+ years of strategic sales experience, with a focus on IT solutions and products in the UAE market.

  • Proven account management experience in Government, Hospitality, Financial Services, Education, or Real Estate industries.

  • Strong ability to communicate and present effectively at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Graduate degree (MBA preferred).

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the UAE.

  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
