Job Title: Junior Media Buyer
Job Description:
Al Saad Home, a leading brand in home furniture and lifestyle products, is looking for a Junior Media Buyer to execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving measurable performance results.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms.

Analyze audience insights and select ideal placements to ensure optimal reach and engagement.

Monitor and enhance key campaign metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA to meet performance goals.

Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with brand strategy.

Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum ROI.

Generate insightful reports and campaign analysis, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and platform changes.

Test new ad formats, placements, and strategies to maintain innovation and engagement.

Ensure accurate campaign tracking by setting up pixels and monitoring analytics tools.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Proven track record of delivering high ROAS and optimizing campaign performance.

Strong analytical and technical skills for interpreting data and optimizing results.

Solid experience with event tracking, attribution, and pixel implementation.

Ability to work creatively with ad copy and visuals for higher engagement.

Excellent communication skills to share strategies and results with stakeholders.

Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Based in Sharjah, UAE or willing to commute.
