International Sales Consultant

Renaissance Learning, a global leader in educational technology, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Consultant to join its expanding team in Dubai. This hybrid role is focused on driving strategic business development across the Middle East, Egypt, and Turkey, particularly within the international schools sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the wider MET region.

  • Engage in consultative, solution-based sales to both new and existing clients.

  • Plan and manage international travel for business development activities.

  • Develop quarterly growth strategies and build market share across target territories.

  • Evaluate market trends and customer data to inform regional strategy.

  • Coordinate and represent Renaissance at international conferences and seminars.

  • Present and promote products to clients through events and virtual channels.

  • Deliver onboarding, training, and support for new customers.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and key advocates.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales development, ideally in EdTech or SaaS.

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse territory.

  • Commercial acumen and the ability to analyze data to support business growth.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to present to diverse audiences.

  • Arabic language skills and teaching experience are a plus.

  • Preferred degree-level education in a relevant field.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid role based in Internet City, Dubai.

  • Includes travel within the region.

  • Competitive salary up to 196,463.65 AED per annum, with potential for equal commission earnings.

  • Initial employment via Employer of Record (EOR), transitioning to full Renaissance employee.
