Caparol Middle East and Africa is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The recruiter will work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs, source candidates, and ensure an effective and smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.

• Source candidates via job portals, databases, and social media.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain a candidate database for future vacancies.

• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3-4 years of proven recruiting experience (in-house or staffing agency).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience with HRIS tools is an advantage.

• Experience recruiting in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
