Powernsun – Solar Components Distributors is seeking an HR Recruiter to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, source and attract candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.

Source and attract candidates using various platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback.

Manage the applicant tracking system (ZOHO) and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.

Assist with offer negotiations and the onboarding process.

Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Skills Required:

Strong experience in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably ZOHO).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
