  • J & A Digital Media Agency is looking for an HR and Admin Assistant Manager to support the HR department in daily operations with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. The role involves managing the full recruitment process, liaising with department heads to understand hiring needs, maintaining HR records, handling employee grievances, and overseeing office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong HR and administrative experience, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.

  • Post job openings and manage employer branding initiatives.

  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions and conduct background checks.

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Support employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, transfers, and exits.

  • Handle employee grievances and contribute to resolution processes.

  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, and office supplies.

  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Ensure HR and administrative practices comply with policies and labor laws.

  • Prepare HR reports on metrics like turnover, recruitment progress, and attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and administration.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
