Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Projects / Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality projects across the UAE and MENA region. In this leadership role, you will ensure that all projects are completed within the defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while leading a diverse team and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Project Oversight: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively.

• Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Financial Management: Manage cash flow for all projects, ensuring financial targets are met and projects remain within budget.

• Strategic Project Management: Tailor project management methodologies and strategies to suit each project’s unique requirements, ensuring the highest standards of delivery.

• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of project managers, designers, and site staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Project Planning & Milestones: Define, develop, and manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring that all deadlines and project objectives are met.

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, balancing operational efficiency with the need for high-quality project delivery.

• Performance & KPIs Management: Ensure key productivity targets, financial objectives, and KPIs are met. Continuously monitor performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

• Stakeholder & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all parties.

• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and proposals to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely communication on project status.

• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies, minimizing risks related to legal and regulatory non-compliance.

• Innovation & Best Practices: Drive continuous improvements in project management and design practices, incorporating innovative solutions and industry best practices to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex, and cross-functional projects.

• At least 5 years in a leadership role, such as Senior Project Manager, Head of Projects, or Operations Manager.

• Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and industry best practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
