Job Title: Head of Outbound Travel Division

Job Description:
Join a leading Destination Management Company in Dubai as the Head of Outbound Travel Division and spearhead the launch and growth of our outbound travel department. With over 14 years of excellence in inbound tourism, we are expanding into outbound services and looking for a dynamic leader fluent in Arabic and English to drive this new venture.

Role Overview:
As the Head of the Outbound Travel Division, you will play a strategic leadership role—building the department from scratch, curating tailored international travel packages, driving B2B and B2C sales, and mentoring a high-performing team. Your deep understanding of outbound travel trends, markets, and client preferences will be key to delivering top-tier travel experiences to our Arabic-speaking clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Division Setup:

  • Establish the structure, systems, and performance metrics for the outbound division.

  • Define clear workflows, roles, and KPIs for the team.

2. Product Development:

  • Design curated travel packages to key outbound destinations including Europe, Southeast Asia, and Turkey.

  • Ensure offerings are customized for the tastes and needs of Arabic-speaking travelers.

3. Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Develop strong relationships with individual travelers, corporate clients, and travel agents.

  • Handle sales inquiries, quotations, and bookings using a consultative approach.

  • Drive revenue through both B2B and B2C channels.

4. Supplier & Partner Management:

  • Negotiate and maintain relations with global DMCs, hotels, airlines, and tour operators.

  • Secure competitive rates and ensure quality service delivery.

5. Marketing Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute region-specific outbound travel campaigns.

6. Leadership & Team Building:

  • Hire, train, and lead a team of outbound travel consultants.

  • Provide continuous mentorship and uphold excellent customer service standards.

Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of outbound travel experience, preferably in the GCC market.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Strong knowledge of outbound destinations such as Europe, Southeast Asia, and Turkey.

  • Proven experience in client relationship management and sales conversion.

  • Prior success in building or leading a travel department is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with travel reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
