Job Overview

WSP is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Maritime to lead its growing maritime division across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, this role oversees civil maritime projects including ports, terminals, quay walls, and marinas, with a strong focus on leadership, technical excellence, financial performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary maritime team across the Middle East.

• Develop and execute business strategy aligned with regional goals.

• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Drive client engagement and lead business development efforts.

• Expand operations across regional markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Coastal Engineering or related field.

• 15+ years in maritime engineering with leadership experience.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale port/coastal projects.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

• Experience in the Middle East market preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
