Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced and driven HDPE/TPO Sales Manager to join our UAE sales team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies for HDPE/TPO waterproofing materials, expanding the customer base, and driving business growth in line with our market objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for HDPE/TPO waterproofing materials.

Plan and allocate sales resources efficiently to meet sales goals.

Control and optimize sales-related costs.
Client Relationship Management
-
Identify and acquire new clients in the UAE.

Build and maintain long-term, stable relationships with key customers.

Manage negotiations, oversee transactions, and ensure timely payment collection.
Market Research & Feedback

Conduct in-depth research on the UAE construction and waterproofing market.

Identify new business opportunities based on industry trends and competitor activity.

Provide strategic feedback to headquarters on market needs and conditions.
Issue Resolution & Coordination

Address customer concerns and provide timely technical or sales support.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Experience
-
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the building materials industry.

Proven track record in selling HDPE/TPO waterproofing materials is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
-
Solid understanding of waterproofing materials and their applications.

Basic knowledge of construction project workflows and requirements.
Language & Communication

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural coordination skills.
Other Competencies

Team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings and site visits.
