Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with hand injuries and conditions.

• Conduct surgical procedures to repair or reconstruct hand injuries and conditions.

• Provide post-operative care, including wound management, rehabilitation coordination, and follow-up consultations.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists and nursing staff to optimize patient recovery.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in hand surgery and integrate new surgical techniques as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records documenting patient progress and treatments.

• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of care plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery with subspecialty certification in Hand Surgery.

• Active and valid medical license in good standing.

• Proven extensive experience in hand surgery with successful patient outcome records.

• Excellent surgical proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
