We are currently hiring a Government Affairs Manager to ensure smooth operations related to regulatory compliance and government liaison. This role is essential for managing registrations, Escrow Account operations, and legal affairs in alignment with DLD and RERA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage developer and project registrations with relevant authorities

• Handle all Escrow Account inflows/outflows including site inspections, contractor payments, and statement reconciliation

• Oversee RERA audits and maintain comprehensive regulatory records

• Coordinate property registrations via Oqood and DSR systems

• Monitor Noqodi transactions and ensure accuracy in registration status

• Handle project inspections, settlements, cancellations, and dispute resolution in line with DLD/RERA standards

• Manage Oqood & Title Deed issuance and marketing permit applications

• Support legal teams in enforcement procedures and court case preparations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience handling DLD-related affairs in real estate development

• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential

• Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws, especially RERA and DLD regulations

• Proven expertise in project registration, escrow handling, and property transaction systems

• Strong network within DLD and master developers (e.g., Dubai Properties, Nakheel)

Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month
